Ukrainian military operations are becoming more ambitious, with recent drone strikes successfully targeting a major Russian ammunition depot in Karachev. Despite Russian claims of repelling the attack, footage showed significant fires and explosions. The depot, one of the largest in Russia, is strategically located near the Ukrainian border and is believed to house North Korean shipments. Russia’s lack of effective air defense and poor management of ammunition storage has made these sites vulnerable. Concurrently, Ukraine is also destroying key radar systems, further degrading Russia’s military capabilities. Meanwhile, Russia’s coal industry faces significant challenges, with production dropping sharply due to reduced demand from China and India. The economic strain, worsened by the war, has led to increasing unemployment in the sector and weakened the ruble. As Russia’s essential industries collapse, the Kremlin may resort to prolonging the conflict as a means of maintaining power, despite the initial expectations of a swift victory.

  1. The tanks on the railcars are the wrong color for most Russian tanks. Plus the rail line appears to be in a desert climate such as southern California. The tanks appear to be American Abrams tanks.

  7. Australia needs to be mentioned when it comes to coal exports. I think it is the leading coal exporter to China today. Australia stopped using coal for power internally, but the coal production is at record highs. It exports it all to China.

  17. When when Russia gets rid of Putin their economy will have a chance to start recover, but not until then, the longer he's in office, the bigger the problem with the Russian economy will become.

  19. Thanks for sharing the good news from Ukraine. Putin is too stubborn to stop the war, and his terms are completely insane. He wants Ukraine to surrender a third of its territory, agree to never join NATO, and disarm itself so it will be completely helpless to his next attack. Only a madman would agree to those terms, so I think the war will go on until Russia collapses, and the Ukrainians are doing a great job of making that happen.

    By targeting Russian oil refineries, they're cutting off Russia's main source of income and causing fuel shortages. It's hard to drive military vehicles without fuel. They're also targeting Russia's ammunition depots and missiles. Russia is rapidly running out of resources, and I'm sure the FSB is aware of it. They may get tired of Putin's failures and replace him with someone more reasonable, or they can just keep fighting until Russia collapses. Слава Україні! 🇺🇦
