  1. I watched a couple of episodes a while back, I neither liked, nor disliked it, just stopped watching because it wasn’t my thing, which is strange as I generally like those sorts of shows.

  2. Yes! So good. Might go rewatch it now you have reminded me.

  3. Love it, but yeah it’s definitely not hugely well known.

  4. I really like it but as a church reader it can be a little close to real life problems at times – that’s when I watch father ted to laugh at someone else’s problems 😁

  5. Great stories and superb cast. I’d like to see more.

  6. Absolutely stellar show. And it really “gets” modern Anglicanism. They’re all good, but Simon McBurney is brilliant, as is Miles Jupp.

  7. “See what it is yeah…”

I enjoyed it. Filmed at St Leonard’s in Shoreditch, which my friend attended at the time. The tiny congregation was accurate!

  8. The actor on the far left, playing the Mancunian, is a supporter of fan-owned football club FC United of Manchester. They’ve got a sub at r/fcum

  9. HA! that guy on the far left is my mums ex Steve! hahaha wtf

  10. Yes, one of my favourite underrated sitcoms. When I had my first meeting with the vicar at the church where I went to get married I asked if he watched it and he replied “Oh, you mean that documentary?” I took to greeting him with “Alright vicarage!” every time I saw him after that.

  11. Adored it! It was scarily accurate at times as well

  12. How does Olivia Colman get into everything and how does she find the time?

  13. I love it, so well observed. Best kind of British comedy

  14. Walk past St Leonard’s a lot. Bit of a junkie magnet.

  15. I love this series! On my regular rewatch list 😆

  16. Adored it. There was always a threat of a new series, but I think we’re past that now.
Everybody got a bit too famous … & busy.

  17. I am across the pond, and I remember watching this series on Hulu. I really enjoyed it!
