The authors of project 2025 are either in his campaign team or set to be part of his cabinet. Who is fooled by his words?!
That’s what gets me. You don’t HAVE to vote. If you hate both candidates, you don’t HAVE to vote for either of them. You can choose to just sit out the election, or you can vote only in races where you actually prefer one candidate over the other. It’s not like someone’s standing behind you with a cocked pistol to your head waiting to blow your brains out if you don’t vote in every single race on the ballot.
At least not yet, but that might be something they have in mind for Project 2029. Sort of like Russia, or Iraq under Saddam Hussain, where they know exactly who everyone is voting for and there are consequences for voting “incorrectly.” Or maybe they’ll model things after Iran where you have one person who’s basically above the law and all the elections are basically meaningless because that one person at the top can put the kibosh on anything they don’t like at any time. The one thing Iran does get right about elections though, they last only 6 months. You can’t start campaigning before that period. None of that perpetual election cycle nonsense like we have here.
Don’t say « do the right thing « to Americans. They will take it literally, then we’re all phq’d.

As an American, I’m embarrassed about many things. School shootings, lack of national healthcare. But the one that takes the cake is Donald fucking Trump.
His political career should have ended with the Access Hollywood tape. But this motherfucker, like his entire life, kept failing upwards. How almost half of my country supports someone so obviously dumb, obviously corrupt, obviously racist, obviously sexist…it just boggles my mind.
