It is not moving not drinking or eating anything for more than 30 minutes. I guess it is sick and i am afraid that it can be dangerous for me as well. What should i do?

A rat of the sea? I personally would let the nature do its thing. Afterwards get yourself some plastic gloves, put it in a plastic bag and then in the black bin.
