A blistering explosion today ripped through Russian city Grozny, with reports at least four were killed, including two children.

A fuel tanker was jettisoned almost 1,000 ft from the epicentre of the blast towards the courtyard of a high rise building.

  1. Think youtube should have checked this video over again before allowing it public. The part where the tanker starts rolling there is a guy that gets hit by it and it very much looks like part of his body gets flipped up in the air heading towards camera man thats filming this its either an arm or a leg.
