How do i get rid of these small animal or whatever we call these ?

Hey All,
Recently these things are appearing more and more out of no where in my kitchen. I manually removed them but still next day i see their number increasing.
It is first time happening in my kitchen.

Is it something i need to inform to my housing company to take care of or i can use any particular spray to get rid of these small animal?
If yes can someone suggest product name ?

I am sharing image for reference , i even found their so called nest or breeding ground.
