It’s for DEFENSE, not ATTACK. US friendly, not hostile, because democracy. Military bases and navies all around the globe to help PROTECT, not to defend private interests or interfere with foreign domestic policies.
I wonder if Americans realize the world sees them as cowboys armed to the teeth
