If this scares you, you should check out what Hungary has proposed to be enacted EU-wide: [they want to be allowed to check all our digital communications for child porn](https://www.euronews.com/next/2024/10/09/eu-countries-divided-over-generalised-image-scanning-for-pedopornography-look-for-december). This includes all encrypted communications. So they can read your WhatsApp, your Telegram and everything you do online. Just in case you might share child pornography. As long as you don’t do that, you’re safe. Or so they say.
And half the governments in the EU agree with this…

They also want to implement limits on how many times you can enter porn sites (30 times a month, only 3 per specific site). Which as you can imagine gets real ugly when you substitute porn sites with news sites.
