Koala’s train station adventure derailed by police
A curious koala made its way onto an Australian train platform to the delight of commuters in the early hours of the morning.
The koala climbed up and down the stairs, investigated the elevator and walked around the platform before New South Wales Police were dispatched to the train station south-west of Sydney.
An alert was put out to nearby trains, warning them to slow down when passing the station due to the roaming marsupial.
After a low speed chase through the train station by police, the koala climbed the station’s fence and jumped to the bushland on the other side.
