In this video we analyse the forced evacuation of some Russian settlements on the border with Ukraine.
The Ukrainian war is becoming more and more difficult for Putin and the Kremlin leadership.
Russia has perhaps never felt so humiliated since World War II.

Authorities in the Kursk region of south-western Russia reported that more than 150,000 Russian citizens living in settlements near the Ukrainian border have been forced to evacuate their homes since the sudden offensive launched by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on 6 August 2024.

According to the state news agency TASS, Kursk Region Governor Alexei Smirnov stated that people displaced by cross-border clashes are ‘moving to safe areas’.

Regional Governor Alexei Smirnov said President Vladimir Putin had ordered evacuations to eight districts in the Kursk region, affecting more than 152,000 people.

How difficult is it for Putin to explain to the Russian people, who are already facing economic and social problems, that they have to retreat from their own land?
In our video we simplify these important analyses for you using maps, infographics and other visual enhancements.

  1. Propagande.. 900 000 on 144 millions…How many ukrainians people l'est ? 10 millions in russia and 4 or 5 millions in Europe on a population of 44 millions. Stop lying

  2. Go to school. Wars lasting decades have been fought since WW2, perhaps you watched the ball game or slept while it happened. One tiny country kicked the asses of Russia, East Germany and Cuba at the same time. Your opinion, like all opinions, is just cranial flatulence. Get the facts, always.

  3. Why should Putin expect those in Russia to sign up for a fight which he started and look at the losses so far the people should rebel against Putin and his political side men !!
