Trees and land absorbed almost no CO2 last year. Is nature’s carbon sink failing?

1. The title can not be even remotely accurate as plants require carbon to grow. Rest assured, plants grew in 2023. I’m not denying climate change, just crappy titles. My 6 sequoia all grew at least 2′ last year, and the Monterey Cypress grew 4′.
