What war with Israel could mean for Lebanon | DW News

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has urged the people of Lebanon to “free” their country from Hezbollah, warning they could otherwise face destruction and suffering on the scale inflicted on Gaza. Netanyahu also said Israel has killed a Hezbollah official seen as its future leader. And its armed forces have opened a new front in the conflict, sending troops into south western Lebanon for the first time.

  1. According clear defintion in intl. conventions ISR has initiated the war on Lebanon by conducting terror activities. Therfore the responsible terror actor and any supporting country, including its MSM media, may be held accountable according intl. law experts.

  9. Biden and the white house are bunches of clowns, no wonder Ukraine keep begging for weapon, Shame to those who put their trust in man, Israel Trust is in God. Shame to America for not standing shoulder to shoulder with Israel as they proclaimed, but evil will not triumph over Good, and Saudis will normalize tie with Israel after Israel had conquered her enemies with sn Iron Sword 🗡️🗡️, Sword of Vengeance. This says the Lord God Almighty who watches over Israel.

  10. Didn't the Israeli-Hezbollah conflict start on October 8th 2023 when Hezbollah fired hundreds of rockets into Israeli civilian cities?

    So after almost a year and over 9,000 rockets fired by Hezbollah and Israel is now finally going to return what Hezbollah has been doing for almost a year. Now all of a sudden everyone wants a ceasefire. When they fire missiles to another nation and when the other nation is about to retaliate they call for a ceasefire.

    There is an entire Wikipedia page of all the damage Hezbollah has done and crossings into Israel but DW does not report on that?

Every family in Gaza has been affected horrifically. Where is the news coverage about this?

  44. A German journalist must be careful about what he says or jail might be in his future. I cannot believe anything they say when their government controls their speech! Whoever pulls the European puppet strings is trying to do the same in America!
