Did you go to the post office where your package is waiting at or did you go to any random office?.
I’ve gotten packages from abroad many times and I just go pick it up with that receipt and pay there.
Do you have a tracking link to your package? Normally you have to go to the post office, your package went to and pick it up. You also have to pay the fees there. Not at any post office.
That’s why I don’t order anything from Brexit cuntry anymore.
