I have tried to do the Jäegerschnitzel justice. Sadly I’m from the US and have never been to Germany :(

1. None of the stores near me sell spaetzle and sadly I don’t have the time to make it from scratch so I made mashed potatoes. I don’t have a pic, but I made two apple strudels to go with it for dessert.

6. Dont put sauce on anything that is crunchy it will get soggy really quick
