6. We should just fight Russia inside Ukraine, since Russia doesn’t stand a snowflakes chance in hell at winning a fight against NATO borders.

   I don’t think there is actually diminishing support but rather, that an undignified waiting-game is happening because of the US election. But european security cannot depend on an untrustworthy ally who waffles around every 4 years. It is unsustainable to go through this every time US has elections. And it is not like the US will be allowed to redraw borders in Europe anyway.

   And why the hell does Russia keep threatening to bomb European cities? Russia is a nation of only 5 cities with any significance, with actual dystopian wasteland around it. If Russia turned their bluff, of bombing European cities into reality, we’d take out Russia’s 5 cities and that would be the end of their attempt at expansion lmao
