Why relations between North Korea and South Korea are worsening | DW News

North Korea said it’s military will prepare “all means of attack” in response to alleged South Korean drones over its territory.
Officials claim the drones entered North Korean airspace, dropping propaganda leaflets.
South Korean officials have not confirmed being behind the incident but said the country’s military is “fully ready” to respond to threats. It furthermore claims the North is preparing to blow up roads that cross the heavily militarized border with the South.

  3. North Korea is a joke. Could literally just drop pallets of food on their troops and watch their army lose cohesion. Like hey cross the line and defect and we will feed you as much as you want. Army dissappears over night.

  5. The way North Korean’s r treated should be a crime against humanity & shouldn’t be tolerated anywhere in the world. 😢 I truly dnt understand why the UN or anyone hasn’t saved them yet.

  15. There will eventually be another Korean War but it will depend on China. When China goes to war North Korea will too and China really wants Taiwan. The US is currently supporting two wars, one in Ukraine and one in the middle east it would be a prime time for China to make a move. However, China is also struggling so we will see how the future unfolds.

  25. Right now is the ONLY chance for NK, China, Russia and Iran to gain something… They need to fully open all fronts and still it´s almost imposible for them to defeat the West…

  37. well….what can I say. North Korea will strictly do nothing! All of this was a bluff, it's just to put more fear into their own population… the madness of someone who took over half of a country for their own benefit. If one day this person's bluff ends and he gains courage…. it will be the end of him and those close to him and he knows this and will never risk it! You will be remembered by the world for how ridiculous your character is.

  38. Hahaha, Kim knows the US election is coming up and he wants some attention. In his mind he hopes to instill some fear and get some sort of concessions or aid.

  40. Tell him they're sending the balloons full of rubbish because South Korea keeps sending paper pamphlets over the border to tell them in North Korea that their life suck and it's horrible for them and they suck as people cuz they're not friends with people in South Korea

  41. Why even bother with diplomacy at this point. North Korea is going to break any deal it does. They always do. And its been reported North Koreans are helping Russia in Ukraine. Not good.
