its ukraines fault they don't have any counter offensive capabilities….they were advised not to launch that ill advised counter offensive…. a failure of a counter offensive during spring of 23….if they would of held the defensive lines after russia was setting up theirs…they would of forced moscow into a hornets nest until eventually the counter offensive would be possible….but really…unless russia was to screw that up royally….ukraine never posssessed the operational abilites to up root russia out of those 4 annexed territories during the start of 2023….one year after the war…
