It’s Not Enough to Blame ‘Climate Change’ for Disasters Like Helene and Milton | Decades of lies from big oil and gas companies created the climate emergency and are still fueling it today.
I blame college educated middle and upper middle-class mostly democrat-voting people who know we have a problem, but do not show up for meetings and do not raise their hands to volunteer and do not march in the streets and do not run for city council or school board…… sure they might show up to a meeting once in a while and donate a bit of their free money, but we keep using words like crisis and catastrophe and emergency… but we don’t put our lives and our money and our time and our careers on the battlefield like it really is an emergency.
To paraphrase one of Tom Clancy‘s characters, when a dog pees on a fire hydrant it’s not being a vandal. It’s just being a dog. The problem lies with us people who could intervene and correct that behavior, but do not.
I still do not understand how a permanently broken infrastructure is going to make them profit.
Can’t sell what you can’t move. And dead people buy nothing.

Time to levy some huge fines for ecocide.
