  3. I'm a German fan, and i was always saying that it's full time England changes their mentality of appointing only English managers, because they have been no success at all.. So, i think making a change is a positive step.. I naturally dislike England, but this is football, and we are having a discussion.. Yes, i don't think Tuchel is the right change, but nevertheless, it's a change with the hope for a transformation..

  22. 50% pay cut? Elite League Managers may have to play more than 50 games a season, attend training every day, and foe Tuchel, 9 million quid. For England, yes, he'll get about 5 million, but have to play about 15 games a year, and watch players in league games weekly.. The job is a bloody doddle compared to League football..

  37. I spent a bit of time in various cities and towns in Germany in the 2000’s and 2010’s and obviously got chatting about football.

    Not one German person said to me that England were considered rivals and that’s because we don’t win anything and rarely play them in big games.
