After a meeting with Ukraine’s top-military command on Monday, during which Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was briefed about Russia’s winter and autumn plans, he cited “the actual involvement of North Korea in the war.”

“Whoever helps Russia, we will respond as firmly as necessary to defend Ukraine,” Zelenskyy said in his nightly address to the nation.

He also said that his Victory Plan, which he dubbed as Ukraine’s “strategy to compel Russia to a just end to this war” will be presented this week to “all our partners in Europe.”

He added that the plan will be presented publicly, including “the initial response we have already received from our partners,”

He also said that one million Ukraine-funded drones have been delivered to the front-line as of Friday.

  13. It's like all dictators admired by Donald Trump are working together to end democracy worldwide. Now if only he could do his part and end NATO, Putin might actually win and start looking at other countries he would like to add to his evil empire.

    So 2 nuclear countries are fighting Ukraine.
    Go back to Sept 1939 when Nazi Germany and Russia started WW2 invading Poland. Now Nazi Russia and North Korea is invading Ukraine. Sounds familiar WW3

  24. The USA is still at war with North Korea though we have a truce if in supporting Russia against USA back Ukraine there is a potential of attacking US asset. The ensuing could cause a return to hostilities against North Korea as Russia and China both backed North Korea in that war against South Korea and the US during the Korean war.

  26. Well if the Russians are using fighters from other countries seems only fair Ukraine should be able to do the same, only their friends have much better weapons than the Chinese, North Koreans and as the world sees now, the Russians …and they have better warriors and training.

  29. If by Russian standards it is ok to have foreign nations boots on the ground in this war Ukraine is also then to permitted the same. So far it had just been contractors this however the Russian are enlisting an ally and that now increases the war to another level. If any one need more boots it is Ukraine and that will stop Russia fast when this comes to pass.

  30. Biden wishes to address congress for addition funding for FEMA who spent that money supporting Illegal immigrants against the charter of FEMA. He now seeks additional funds and what if he gives jus a little for relief an the rest to his hopeful future supporters of the socialist democrat party the illegal immigrants. Biden is attempting to by votes from many places and though the democrats in congress have bought many spending trillions Biden's plan to buy college kids votes seem to have failed.
