If you’re going to try at all, I expect they’d rather you tried with an electric shaver than with a cut-throat razor…

Don’t be daft. It’s to charge your electric toothbrush.
Because they were mostly built in the 70’s and 80’s. Even kids made back then came with pre installed shaver sockets and ashtrays.

I always shave my koochie on the train. It saves me from having to get up earlier for work! Just gotta be careful when the train goes fast or over a bumpy track.
I’ve never tried but I’m going to now.
Tried once nearly cut my plumbs while shaving
I changed my mooncup on a very old rickity steam train. I feel like I could shave with a cutthroat razor after doing that!!
That’s ridiculously dangerous on a moving train, I’ll stick to using my machete.

I saw someone dry shaving in the luggage rack the other day.
Ha I’ve always wondered this, I couldn’t think of anything more grim than trying to shave in a toilet of a moving train.
