The Malta President’s vehicle displaying the Coat of Arms of Malta instead of the usual plate.
Its the presidents emblem. Be careful what you photograph if theres army near.
Only three entities are allowed a car without a number plate: the President of Malta, the Prime Minister, and the Archbishop.
The joke is that if you see one breaking traffic laws and it’s not the President then it must be the Archbishop.
