Never, NEVER EVER buy “fleece” blankets, throws, jackets or vests.
That’s especially important this coming Christmas time
Every shitty fleece (by Toy Story, StarWars, Martha Stewart, Columbia, H&M, Old Navy, Belk’s, Macy’s and any other suppliers) is just spun polyester.
They shed microplastics like crazy… especially in the wash. But you can see the microplastics you are breathing from “fleece” by rubbing the material in a dark room and shining a flashlight.
