  1. That’s really lovely.

I’ve not noticed there is a house there so suspect it’s fairly well hidden from the public.

  2. >It is close to the town of Richmond and it’s many attractions such as The River, Richmond Green, and Kew Gardens. Richmond is renowned for its green open spaces and it’s delightful Riverside location and there are a number of shops, bars, cafe’s and restaurants to enjoy.

If I was selling a £5 million house – with a six-figure commission payable – I would hope my estate agent was a tad more literate.

  3. You’re paying for the location, one street over you’ll get something bigger for half the price.

    Solved.

  4. I ginewin real estate agent. It avaylable for rent. Only $500 per week. Deposeet of £2,000. Send me money or Amazon vouchers and I send key. No ring me. Very very bizee in important meetings in New York, in California.

  5. Honestly with the state of London real estate, £5mn for a house literally inside Richmond Park seems not that insane

  6. You wouldn’t want to live there, not unless you want to be surrounded by middle-aged men in lycra on their £5000 bikes, as well as clueless tourists trying to feed the deer during rutting season.

Apart from that, it’s a great location; Richmond Park is a real gift for Londoners, especially locals.

  7. Don’t the park gates get locked at night?

They get closed to vehicular access around dusk 16:00-21:00 depending on time of year and open at 07:00-07:30. The pedestrian gates are open 24 hours per day, except for 12 weeks when the deer culls are in progress.

They also don’t allow commercial vechiles to enter the park without permission and on official business. So you could have problems getting Sky installed.
