US President Joe Biden announced a $425 million arms package for Kyiv Wednesday in a call with President Volodymr Zelensky, ahead of a meeting with European leaders in Berlin to discuss Ukraine, the White House said.

On a call with Ukrainian President Biden stressed on his efforts to surge security assistance to Kyiv over the remainder of his term in office.

  10. NATO wouldn't even have to step foot into Russia to win this war. NATO troupes could put boots on the ground in Ukraine and the week Russian military would shake in their boot and leave voluntarily. Most of the Russian soldiers don't want to be there to begin with. If Russia can have North Korean troupes in their Army, Ukraine should be able to have NATO troupes in its Army too. So Zalensky's plan could work.
