Edward Snowden revealed information at that level, prior to him, Edward Hansen, which was a senior FBI officer probably had access the similar information that was never revealed what he gave to the Russians. As far as leaking, which is a delivered act by American intelligence, there are no documented cases of SCI information being “leaked”
