  23. Denying the struggles of the middle class due to policies of globalization, massive trade deficits and open borders is the way to lose elections. You can still win the lottery. But it is no longer true that if you just work hard and play by the rules, you’ll have a decent middle class life. That life has been exported to cheap labor from foreign countries.
