This is back by a survey of Europe (not USA), and a Pew Research survey that puts Right-wing Americans at a lousy 22% concerned about the environment (Canada, Australia and Europe’s right wingers hover around 48%).

Young people’s feelings on climate change are not what is stunning, what’s stunning is that we are pretending it’s not an issue in potentially the most consequential presidential election in history…
Not stunning or shocking or unreasonable at all to be concerned if you are a rational thinking person.

As a child of the 1970s, I apologize for not entering politics. Even an @$$#ole with autism would have been better than the $#!t in office since GW Bush. Obama was a massive improvement afterwards, but international policies continued.
And this is why i think theres going to be a shift in politics towards politicians being more in favor of policies combating climate change.

Am old and also have had climate anxiety since at least the early 90s. The powers that be aren’t going to fix anything. I’d love to be proven wrong.
