If I had to guess based on my fuzzy memories I’d say late 70s, back then 50p was a fortune.
From my own sleuthing, 4p was the going price around ‘73-‘74 so 50ish years old.
No offence, but I think “fresh” at this stage, is an overstatement….
I remember this pack as a kid in the 70’s including the 4p price label and the clear window so you could see the crisps inside. I also remember that (sweet) popcorn cost less and had a fraction in the price maybe 2 1/2 P? OP would you consider posting the dimensions of the bag?

Cool. I can still remember in the 70s when the price increased from 2p to 3p, and feeling aggrieved about it.
