On October 26, 2024, Japan’s Princess Kako visited PICFA, a welfare service office for people with disabilities, in Kiyama Town, Saga Prefecture. PICFA (Picture + Welfare) is an employment support facility where people with disabilities, such as intellectual disabilities, autism, and Down syndrome, can engage in creative activities. On October 27, Princess Kako also visited the Hikiyama Exhibition Hall in Karatsu City.
