Reddit, back me up, do you call this playing the bagpipes?

After talking with a few mates supposedly it's not as common as I thought. I have always called a cat cleaning itself like this 'playing the bagpipes' please tell me I'm not the only one?
This is the first time av ever heard this but it’s good patter

Remember Jasper Carrot saying he was at his girl friends house for dinner when the family dog started licking its nuts. Jasper looking on, for some unknown reason said ” wish I could do that”. He was saved by his girlfriends mother who said ” Well if you give him a biscuit he might let you”. 🙈🤣
