    And what do you want us to take away from this? Construction cost less pre-pandemic?

  2. I think the dollar amount of spending is skyrocketing because of inflation. What would the graph look like in pre-pandemic 2019 dollars?

  3. Inflation reduction, chips, other acts. On shoring manufacturing largely for national security reasons. Definitely a good thing.
