Ireland’s developing a new agreement for nursing and midwifery with Kenya.

Health Minister Stephen Donnelly says Irish and Kenyan officials will address nursing shortages in Ireland while investing in these professions in Kenya.

A new model for work and migration will be developed with the assistance of the World Health Organisation.

Both countries face different challenges.
