Hi everyone,
As the title says: I am looking for a rotating (landscape/portrait) and extendable (at least 40cm) wall mount for my 55" TV.
The idea is to store the TV inside the closet like on attached pictures + I would like my living room to not be designed around a TV.

Does anyone knows where one can get one in Switzerland?

I checked Galaxus/Mediamarkt – didn't find suitable models.

  1. That level of flexibility may be easier to achieve by using a monitor arm rather than a TV mount. Since the TV is relatively small, it should be compatible with mounts for large monitors. Maybe check out Ergotron (e.g. model HX). Digitec/galaxus sell them.
    Amazon should also have cheaper “no name” alternatives.

  2. There used to be specific TV-stores (Unterhaltungselektronik), maybe there is still one near you that might be able to help you.

  3. TV lift could be also one option. There are a few listed on marketplaces for reasonable prices and also Galaxus sells these. The difficulty is just to build a cabinet around the lift. I’ve been also exploring options, due to similar reasons, and it indeed seems like there aren’t many OOTB options available.
