Dems will act against one of their own if they’re caught up in a scandal or crime. Reps will rally around one of their own if they perceive them under attack.
So any DoJ action now is likely to benefit the GOP. I don’t make up them rules but there they are.

Technically the DOJ was investigating Trump at the same time. The difference being that James Comey did not come out publicly to discuss Trump’s ongoing investigation like he did with Clinton.
What do you expect them to do?
Merrick Garland is a jellyfish. Spineless and drifting through life. Why tf is he our AG again?
Do we really need to keep bringing up Hillary, who should have been held in contempt of congress for refusing to answer questions? Whose IT team was clearly directed to wipe the private email server she was told not to use, and was compromised? When the DOJ found that she had indeed wiped the server after being told it was evidence?
And was never held accountable for any of these actions?
Stop bringing up that shithead Hillary. The findings were that she very clearly broke multiple laws and had no consequences for it other than not getting her coronation, which fucked the entire country, giving Nazi 2.0’s the power.
