I feel like this could be the justification the west really needs before allowing their weapons to be used to strike deep in Russia for a variety of reasons primarily I believe Ukraine and the west see kursk as a legitimate Frontline so north Korea is establishing itself as a cobeligerant by showing signs of actively being there in a combat prepared positions, and the west taking its military restrictions off Ukraine could legitimately rapidly end this sort of development before the north Koreans become too hardened by the combat they experience in the kursk region.
NATO countries spent more than 2 years dangling NATO membership in front of Ukraine and teasing sending troops there.
It took NK few months to sign mutual defense treaty, send millions of artillery shells, and now sending their own troops to help the Russians.
