  2. NK defectors: It is hard adjusting to life in South Korea, it’s not like our past life experience in the North is of much value to the rest of the modern world.

  5. It’s an idea worth considering. It would of course depend on the specifics of whatever they would do, but potentially at least there could be positive results with relatively little investment. 

    I mean at the very least they could be interviewed. In many aspects North Korea is unlike any other country in the world, which in turn makes North Korean soldiers somewhat unique. If you now want to target them with propaganda for example, it would be good to have some insight into their mentality. The NK-defectors might help provide that. 

  7. NK placing their military outside the system of mind control is a sure fire route to desertion, or worse, subversion. These guys know the needs and desires of their former countrymen.
