CCTV footage of the scene shows a tall, bald, white male with large ears wearing a green knitted vest, red necktie, and brown chinos loading the cheese into a minivan, assisted by what appears to be an unusually dextrous beagle. As the van drives away from the crime scene, the male can faintly be heard exclaiming, “No crackers, Gromit! We’ve forgotten the crackers!”
