My job search as an individual who is one year post grad with one year of professional work experience

This took place over the course of 5.5 months. I was a data analyst/consultant and was looking to move into tech sales. I double majored and graduated from a very credible university, had internships every summer while in undergrad, and had over a year of professional work experience after graduating. I found that in order to get my resume looked at I needed to reach out to people on Linkedin first, get them on the phone, then ask them for a referral. So, the first image shows the success/progression of my applications, and the second image shows the success/progression of me reaching out to individuals on LinkedIn.
