Spie announces the signing of an agreement to acquire 100% of Elektromontaż-Poznań, a Polish company with sales of around €70 million in 2023 and around 330 employees.
With almost 75 years’ experience, it specializes in electrical installation services, including design, consultancy, installation and commissioning for customers in Poland’s industrial, commercial and public administration sectors.
The French multi-technical services group expects to finalize the transaction in the first quarter of 2025, subject to the usual conditions precedent, including approval from the competition authorities.
