It would be interesting to see it per km of road too. I suspect that BeNeLux and UK would be much higher on that list
I think I have driven through several percent of French ones. It’s absolutely fascinating how many roundabouts they string after one another. You have a main road through a village and it goes from roundabout to roundabout. In the more populated parts, you don’t ask how much the highway toll is, unless you have very strong hands. Luckily there are large stretches in the middle that are basically empty, so the density of roundabouts becomes reduced to … normal.
Why are r/BalticStates left out if this?
I can only observe that the French will happily park all over theirs and a Belgian is the only driver I have seen stop and reverse because they missed thier exit. (On a very small roundabout).
