Primal Scream have unveiled plans to tour the UK and Ireland next year, in support of their upcoming new album ‘Come Ahead’ (slated to arrive on 8th November via BMG).
They’re set to play 14 shows across March and April 2025, including two hometown shows at Glasgow’s O2 Academy and one night at London’s famed Eventim Apollo. Joining them on the road for most of the run will be Baxter Dury, while local rabble rousers Fat White Family will act as support for their date in the capital (further guests are also due to be confirmed soon).
Presale for the tour (open to fans who have pre-ordered ‘Come Ahead’ from the official Primal Scream store) will be open from 10am tomorrow (Wednesday 30th October), while general sale will begin at 10am on Friday 1st November here.
This ‘Come Ahead’ tour follows Primal Scream’s 2022 ‘Screamadelica Live’ shows and 2023’s headline performance at South Facing Festival, and its announcement has been heralded with the release of a new remix of the album’s lead single, ‘Love Insurrection’.
