These North Koreans need to go home asap. They are either going to defect, or meet their unfortunate end if they don’t leave the sovereign democracy of the Ukraine.
These poor bastards. This entire war is senseless as it is, but that’s just a whole other level of an out-of-touch leader failing his people.
My prediction for the mighty North Korean soldiers – one third KIA, one third MIA, one third POW. No one goes home.
They’re going to experience the real world outside of NK. Most will defect, or wish they were dead.
“The one who survived had papers saying that he was a Buryat.”
what’s that all about?
“Be subtle about it”
Plants a North Korean flag in Donetsk.
Imagine surviving North Korea only to….not survive in Russia. Rough
Fertilizer.
the guy is good source, he had personally connection with many commanders in ukraine. as he been supplying them for decade. you can donate to his ngo. even Lithuanian government officials donate there.
Well, if the war wasn’t already scary enough, having North Korean soldiers next door is truly terrifying.
Lolllllll
“The first visual contact between the Ukrainian unit that we are supporting and the North Koreans took place on October 25 in Kursk. […] All but one of the Koreans were killed, as far as I know. The one who survived had papers saying that he was a Buryat.”
All but one but we still don’t know how many. Anyone?
I feel sorry for those N. Korean young men. I hope surrendering becomes a thing.
I thought they killed a couple of officers two weeks ago so these aren’t the first troops
Not the last.
What’s going to happen to nk pow? Like will they refuse to go back once they get fed? Seriously
I just kinda feel bad for the North Korean troops forced into this mess. None of them probably want to be there.
The first of many yet to come
What a miserable fate. Born in North Korea, shipped to die in Ukraine.

That’s quite something.
