Honestly unexpected from Anita Singh she rarely lets go of an opportunity to snark on W&K surprised she gave a good review. If she likes it it’s gonna be good. In other news Disney+ announced that "Prince William: We Can End Homelessness" will premiere Nov 1 on the streaming platform. The two-part documentary gives an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the first year of Prince William and The Royal Foundation's Homewards program which aims to change perceptions and demonstrate that it's possible to end homelessness. The documentary is executive produced by Mindhouse and Arron Fellows and directed by BAFTA award- winning Director Leo Burley. Before launching on Disney+, "Prince William: We Can End Homelessness," will debut exclusively in the U.K. on ITV1, ITVX and STV.

  1. It will be interesting to see how he handles this and what he proposes. As someone who works in the nonprofit sector, although not with this population, change needs to be made at the systemic level (government funding, corporations, etc.), not just at the nonprofit agency level.

  2. Disney has a deal to stream some of its shows on ITV already, this isn’t really a surprise with their already established relationship.

    >an ITV executive made clear that it is the royal access, rather than the subject matter, which will bring in the audience: “What our viewers especially warm to and appreciate is a glimpse of the real person behind the royal persona.”

lol, glad we’re using homelessness as a guise to build William’s celebrity.

  3. I was really skeptical of Williams homelessness initiative but he seems to be doing real work that’s doing good

  4. I admire his stance, but … I just don’t know if that’s possible. I’m sure we can do BETTER, but … eliminate? Well …. :-\

  5. I’ll probably get downvoted, but I just don’t see any actionable plan proposed by William. I hope he’s successful, but the numbers don’t lie- homelessness is actually increasing in the UK. From my knowledge, a contributing factor to homelessness in the UK is the “no fault” eviction clause allowed to be used by landlords in the UK. (As Harry and Meghan experienced.) Without engaging in the political sector, I don’t see how William’s good intentions will have any impact and how this is not a vanity project.
