I'm from Costa Rica. I felt like making English breakfast this morning, but I couldn't find canned baked beans anywhere and they are sold here, and no black pudding because I was unable to find one, but I still wanted to delight myself with this English breakfast.
I need English people's opinions. What do you think?

Love it! The frilly eggs especially, fast cooked on high heat to solidify the whites and crisp the edges while keeping the yolks runny look delicious.
As a Brit I’d imagine the type of sausage and mushrooms, or the fat used to fry them is what results in a different colour than we’re used to which struck me as odd at first ( we’re used to more dark brown) but I’d be excited to try them! Mushrooms fried in butter are amazing.
Also are they homemade hash browns on the side there?! 🙂 kudos!
You know what? I’d scran it if I was in Costa Rica. It has it’s faults but the spirit is there and you’ll only improve (find the beans, and sausages, and some bacon). But it’s a far better English breakfast than any other ommenter’s Gallo Pinto would be. Well done.
Ermm, how to put this – this doesn’t look like English fry up.
All the ingredients are same-same but different – mushrooms don’t look English, beans don’t look English, sausages are weird, even the eggs somehow look un-English.
If I saw that in London – I’d never recognise it as English breakfast, and would probably think it’s a foreign dish.
It’s a wild and unusual take on the genre, but I like the new twist on the theme. Your hash browns and eggs look spot on. As others have mentioned, proper baked beans are a must, as is proper bacon if you can find it!
It’s different, but it’s not bad. Considering you’re working with different ingredients, it’s a great effort. Plus I’d smash the shit out of those sausages.
Perhaps consider adding a slice of toast and a mug of tea on the side.
The main thing missing is the beans, you can kind of make them using white beans and tomatoes, I’ve done it a few times. It’s not exactly the same as the tinned beans but probably healthier.
The sausages look really nice!
You know, you can make your own Baked Beans if you like. There are lots of easy recipes and all you nee is dried Cannellini beans (or Haricot if you prefer). These might be easier to find. Then it’s just tomato sauce (Passata is easiest) and tomato puree/paste and a bit of seasoning. Heinz beans (the most popular here) have sugar in them also, but you could substitute with Honey if you so desire.
Go crazy, make your own creation.
