Hello,

We are sending an electronic device back to Switzerland to be fixed and I can't figure out how to deal with the customs.

I am using DHL and when I select Switzerland i have to fill a customs declaration – CN23.

In the end asks me the following

"I have also declared the shipment directly with customs .
(This field only needs to be confirmed if you have also declared the shipment directly with customs for export, which is mandatory for shipments with a goods value of > €1,000. If no additional export declaration has been made, please leave the field blank, otherwise the package will be returned.) "

The value of the product we are sending back is more than 1K.

Do I need to declare it directly with customs? if so how do i do that? I couldn't find something helpful in zoll.de …

Looks like is really complicated and is giving me a huge headache.

Any help is much appreciated it.
