Street Music Identification

Hello. I was in Warsaw last year during the Independence Day celebration and I heard a street performer chanting/singing this song. I don’t think it’s Polish, but he was presumably singing it for Polish people on the street. Does anybody recognize the song or even what language it might be? Thanks in advance.
