Which of these following options do you most agree with?

(Please note, the question is specifically about offensive graffiti – not all graffiti. Photo is of graffiti spotted this morning in Dębniki, Kraków.)

A) It should be up to the building owner to decide – and if they decide ’nothing’, then so be it

B) Building owners should be compelled to remove or paint over offensive graffiti

C) The city council should offer this service as part of their municipal cleaning services.

  1. Dobry przekaz szkoda że w wulgarny sposób napisany i to w dodatku na czyimś budynku. Moja odpowiedź na pytanie: C

  2. Spray a penis on it an d report to a local media, that passing children are looking at indecent pictures and the owner is doing fuck all about it.

  3. C.
Punishing the owner for someone else’s act of vandalism doesn’t sit well with me. Especially if it’s a small local business.

  4. That depends on who’s this building is. If it’s public use facility then C, but if it’s private property then B and owner should be able to report vandalism.
