  1. We joke, we play, we trash each others in a way only we Europeans know, but in fact we can’t live without each others. My condolences hermanos.

  2. Dang, that’s not looking good. I just received my delivery of crowdfarmed Mangoes from Valencia.. lucky me, I guess.

  3. It is really sad, also near Albacete. I am donating some to help these families as my wife’s family is from there

  4. See, this is why we are at war with water for centuries now. Fuck water, all my homies hate water.

  5. I am still shocked. How was the warning system failing so hard that 51 or more people lost their lives until now? And how is weather now? Is it still flooding? My condolences to all victims and their families and friends

  6. Love and support from your former territories Pedro 🫶🏻🙌🏻

  7. Can you also post some pictures of how the town looked *after* the floods?

  8. Sorry dudes, we understand the devastation of rain. Hope you recover well.

  9. Holy shit that’s bad, I don’t follow news so had no idea this was happening.

Check in on the elderly protect the children and animals! Hopefully it will get better soon.

  10. Yeah just heard it on the news. Fucking terrible mate. I hope you’re alright.

  11. True i nearly died of a hearth atttack because my phone when mad at 7 am when they activated the red alert.

(I’m safe i live in the hills the water runs down from here and done nothing, unless you go near the river or other waterways to see them flooding).

  12. At first I didn’t even notice the flood. My immediate reaction was that that’s just how Spanish people drive and park.

  13. No jokes, this is awful. Our thoughts are with our irmãos at this time. If there is anything we can do, the Portuguese people will answer the call.

  14. Take care, Pedro. But also: in the second pic, even the cars seem to make siesta on the railings.

  15. Sooo, instead of making jokes about Dutch people drowning, you want us to make jokes about Spanish people drowning? Sorry, we don’t make jokes about this.

  16. That’s insanely terrible.

We just had record flooding in my area, with a substantial loss of life. We empathize. I hope a sense of security and normalcy comes quickly.

Stay safe Neanderthals. Best wishes. Hug your loved ones.

    Sincerely,
    The Savages

  17. Picture 1: Best Spanish drivers

Joke aside, I hope ya’ll are alright. Take care of yourselves

  18. The same things is happening in France right now hermano, we know your pain and sadness.

Var and régions suffered from the giant flood, people lot their home, other died. And for a fews days some people were completely stuck in a village in the Mountain because the only road has veen detroy by the flood. Destruction everywhere, so much that right now everyone is happy because we have like one week without rain.

  19. yeah will be expensive to restore that. 51 dead is really big number usualy it is 1-5 people in a year.

  20. I was in Valencia this July, Damn this is hard to see.

Just yesterday, a relative of mine went to Alicante Province, and had to get there by bus from the train station in Valencia city.

  21. Meanwhile, climate policy does not seem to be on the political agenda anymore, I think we have collectively choose to just ignore it and hope this type of events do not happen to us.

  22. This sucks, take care Pedros and Lucias, and sorry for your losses.

  23. Fuck that’s scary. I live about two hours north from here, we’ve only had 59 mm in the last 3 days. I read there was 120 mm in one hour in some places, that’s wild. Stay safe everyone.

  24. and our governments keep ignoring climate change, really sad to see this honestly, I feel for our bros in Spain.

  25. All the balcony’s have water landings now.

That’s really awful though. I’m sorry.

  26. These images are horrifying. Fuerza desde Madrid hermanos ❤️🇪🇸 Does somebody know if there’s any way to donate to the families affected?

  27. Stay strong, Pedro!

My hometown was also flooded last week and my home region has had floodings 3 years in a row, yet very few people are acknowledging global warming or taking it seriously.

I reckon you also had several months of drought before that?

  28. Some of these scenes look like the aftermath of a tsunami, stay safe hermano.

  29. Shit. A friend of mine living there says it looks like a warzone. There is people missing from his office and they are not able to get in touch.

  30. Mean while here in Belgium we got the warmest October.

    Hope Spain Recovers from this

  31. While that picture looks like regular spanish traffic, it has really hit them hard in a lot of places. Nature is fighting back, but i have no doubt, that if we all keep working together, we will eventually defeat it.
