I think the border guards are way too lax with these activists, and that is why they’re getting uppity.
The Penal Code is clear: under article 264, assisting illegal entry into Poland means a prison sentence of 6 months up to 8 years.
They are also unreasonably escalating the situation with their behaviour. I’m surprised the border guards didn’t just tear gas them.

I think these people should answer for breaking the law. I mean, I understand them. They want to help. they have empathy and such. It’s just that hell is paved with good intentions and “I wanted to do something good” is not a good excuse for willfully playing Russia’s game.

Does anyone know more? Is there any official report? I’m disgusted. Collaborators of Belarus/Russia illegal migration (whether intentionally or not) need to be jailed for their crimes.
